RM is definitely now GROWN! 
He’s 21 (remember, Korean age) and stepping into his role as rapper, songwriter and leader more than ever. We definitely see him standing up and out, during this Danger Era, with that blonde hair and towering frame. He’s now referred to as RM vs. his previous alter ego, Rap Monster.
The members continue to look to him for leadership and to guide them. Which he is doing expertly as this first studio album seems to be catapulting them into a new level of K-pop popularity.
It’s around this time as well that we see, for the first time, official fan cams being released, focusing on individual members from a live or network stage. Here is RM’s cam from the “Danger” performance seen on Mnet.
